We'd like to hear about your experiences and
especially anything you would like for us to build or improve. We strive to make
the best products available and always welcome your input. We consider our
customers to be part of our "team". Your input is our "guiding
light". But, please keep in mind that there are thousands of you for every
one of us! So, we can't always get back to you with an immediate response. But... be
assured that we want to hear your input and will give your message our utmost
consideration. We appreciate the confidence that you place in our products and

As we explained on our Technical Support page, we
are happy to answer simple "yes/no" type technical questions,
requests for jumper settings, and other simple technical inquires by
email. However, we do NOT provide troubleshooting support by email unless
you are located
OVERSEAS. We find that we can do far more in a few "interactive" minutes on the phone, than we can do in hours of letter/email writing.
We have tried this repeatedly and found it to be
extremely difficult. We're sorry, but with the exception of our overseas customers, we will NO LONGER respond to written troubleshooting
questions. For these kinds of issues, we can help you much better if you
will just give our tech support staff a quick call. Thanks!
