We strive to make the best products available and always welcome your input. However, please keep in mind that there are thousands of you for every one of us, so we can't always respond immediately. Sometimes it may us a take day or two to get back to you, but please be assured that we want to hear your input and will give your message our utmost consideration. As we explained on our Technical Support page, we are happy to answer simple "yes/no" type technical questions and other simple technical inquires by email (jumper settings, part number suggestions, etc.). However, troubleshooting by email is often difficult and very time consuming, so unless you are located overseas, we ask that you please contact our Technical Support Staff by phone for troubleshooting issues.
